What if my old account is closed?

Once your old account is closed, suspended, or disabled, we will not be able to transfer any emails or contacts from your closed account to Comcast. A few customers have been able to contact their old provider directly, explain the situation, and have their old account reopened temporarily just so we can perform a migration. We can’t guarantee that your old provider will be able to do this for you, but it is certainly worth a try.
