How do I cancel my migration?
If you want to cancel your migration, you can put in a support request by clicking the "Contact" button at the top of this page. The information you'll need to send us is:
- Your source provider email address
- Your Comcast email address
- Your migration ID (Click here for info on where to find your Migration ID)
- A request to cancel your migration
On the request page, you can also attach a screenshot or screencast, but that is not required.
