How to set up an automated reply

EasyChange does support automatic contacts notification for most providers, as long as the option is properly selected in Step 3 on the start page.

You can also set up your old account to send an auto-reply to new messages, which you can customize with a message about your new Comcast address. If you’d like to do so, click on the following links for instructions on how to set up an auto-reply message:

Please note that this auto-reply will only work until your old account is closed or disabled.
