How do I open a support request?

If you need more help with your EasyChange transfer, you can open a support request by clicking the "Contact" button at the top of this page. The information you'll need to send us is:

  • Your source provider email address
  • Your Comcast email address
  • Your migration ID (if you have already started a transfer)
  • detailed description of the issue you're facing (for instance, if you receive an error message, what does the message say?)
  • Optional: A screenshot or screencast of the problem (not required)
