Can EasyChange migrate contacts from my other device?

EasyChange cannot migrate emails or contacts directly from a device (such as a tablet, phone, or other computer) because we can only access and transfer information that's stored on your email provider’s remote server. EasyChange can only migrate emails and contacts that are visible in your online webmail account.

Please contact Comcast directly (1-800-934-6489), and they can help you sync your Comcast email with your device.
